Review :: Assaulted Caramel :: Amanda Flower

** I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own**

If you've read a couple of my reviews already you probably know I'm a sucker for a great cover (especially if there's a cat!) - and the same goes for a good pun. Seriously. Assaulted Caramel? How could I say no?!

I didn't notice when I requested it on NetGalley that it is an Amish Mystery, and to be honest when I did notice that I wasn't really sure what to expect. In case you're curious, I thought it read exactly like any other cosy mystery, but it was set in an Amish community, so a bunch of the characters were Amish.

Overall I thought it was a sweet read, with some good twisty bits and a few quirky characters. I really enjoyed the characters, and would definitely pick up the next book in the series to spend more time with them.

Assaulted Caramel by Amanda Flower is out now from Kensington Books. I received an e-book copy in exchange for an honest review, but only chose to read it because it sounded like something I would enjoy (life's too short to read books we don't think we'll enjoy). All opinions on my blog are my own, and I wouldn't tell you it was good if I didn't really think so. =)
