April TBR
April 07, 2018It's TBR time! Here's my stack for April...
I'm honestly not that great at sticking to my TBR, partly because I tend to base it around a stack like this when in real life I have a bunch of stuff to read on my Kindle too haha. So really this is more of a 'books I'll probably choose from when I need something new to read' pile instead.
This month's stack is largely driven by library loans - I have a bunch of books due back on either the 10th or the 16th, most of which I've reached the reborrow limit on.
I've also got two on there (The Life to Come and Terra Nullius that are on the Stella shortlist (the winner is being announced this month, AND I want to read Gemina and Obsidio before I pop down to Melbourne to see Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff at Speculate.
There is a little bit of 'cheating' in here too, since when I made this stack I was nearly done with The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue (now finished - so fun!) and I'm about halfway through the Oprah one up the top there. Since then I've also read My Life as a Hashtag, so I'm well on my way!
I'm keeping track of my progress in my Instagram stories, if anyone is keen to check it out!
